1. Open your bank’s app or Zelle and choose “Send money with Zelle”

3. Enter the amount (e.g. deposit $300 standard)
4. Add a memo: “Deposit for [puppy name]”
5. Confirm and send

Zelle transfers are typically fast. Verify the number and that the recipient name matches Randall Hess before you send.

How to pay with PayPal

PayPal payments usually post quickly. Use “send to a friend” when appropriate to reduce fees.

How to pay by check

1. Write a check for the amount (e.g. deposit $300 standard)
2. Make the check payable to: Top Notch Paws
3. Include your name and puppy information in the memo line
4. Mail the check to:

Please allow time for mail delivery and processing. You can also bring a check when you visit.

Card payments are available through PayPal or Square. A standard processing fee may apply.

On the deposit page

1. Choose “Credit/debit card” as your payment method
2. Enter your card number, expiration, CVC, and name on card
3. Submit your deposit request

We accept major cards. Payments are processed securely.

How to pay with cash

1. Schedule a visit to our location
2. Bring your payment (e.g. deposit $300 standard)
3. We’ll provide a receipt

Cash must be paid in person.

🐾 Pre-payment financing

You’re welcome to begin making payments at any time, at your own pace. Once your balance is fully paid, you can choose a puppy that’s available at that time. This is a great way to prepare in advance while staying flexible.

🐾 Post-payment financing

Take your puppy home with just a portion down, and continue payments after pickup. This option is available to approved families and may require a simple agreement. We’ll work with you to make it easy and affordable.
